    Compact and Comfortable

    Being a retired Army vet, I’ve spent plenty of time “camping”. This is an awesome sleeping bag that doesn’t weigh a lot, which is great if you’re hiking with it. It will keep you warm and dry as well. And it comes in a nice carrying case. The pillow is an added bonus. Most soldiers use their cased gas mask as a pillow, wishing they had something like this. This one “checks all the blocks” and one more–it is affordable. This is the one to get.

    Great sleeping bags for the price

    I got one left sided and one right sided zipper sleeping bag in red and another one in blue.The intention was for my kids and myself to have our own sleeping bags for a camp out but my brother ended up showing up and squatting in my tent. The red sleeping bags zipped up good, granted it was a bit challenging to get the zippers off, I think it was because everything was new. But both sleeping bags made one nice full size sleeping bag which fit myself and my two kids. One sleeping bag was noted to be longer which I’m sure I ordered regular sized.I love the pockets in the inside which I stored my phone in. The tiny pillows…. well they are tiny. You won’t be able to have a tent pillow fight but when you are forced to give up a sleeping mat that had an inflatable pillow due to a squatter of a brother…. well then those pillows do the job.I cannot really say with honesty the warmth of the bags due to having two children who are part furnaces but I was toasty in 45 degree weather.It is a good buy for the price.Note from my freeloader brother: the sleeping bag was comfortable and kept me toasty. It was a cold night so thank goodness there happened to be a sleeping bag for me to use.

    Ok but wouldn’t repurchase

    This sleeping bag isn’t a bad purchase, but I wouldn’t buy it again. I say this because I am someone who rolls around a lot to get comfortable and because of this I end up all types of wrapped up in this sleeping bag. I have been using the sleeping bag for the past 3 weeks now so I can definitely say it’s not the bag for me. If I don’t end up completely wrapped up and locked in the sleeping bag then what happens is I end up unzipping myself throughout the night, resulting in me losing the purpose of the sleeping bag, which is to be protected from the ground. The actual build quality of the bag isn’t terrible but I will say the padding is definitely insufficient if you intend to sleep in this for more than a week like I have. If you need it for short trips and you don’t roll over in your sleep, I’d say get it. If you’re a larger person I’m also not sure it would do the job either.The last 3 weeks I have definitely spent most of my nights resulting in this being used as a comforter over a sleeping bag unintentionally.I also have not tried the pillow out but seems like it could be ok for a short trip, especially due to convenience.

    Very warm!

    This is a great sleeping bag, very warm and plenty of room allowing for comfortable movement. The pillow is very small and not very comfortable have to use a regular one. I like that there is a zipper at the bottom of the bag so you can open and allow your feet some air.

    Inside liner isn’t very breathable and makes for sweaty sleep

    It’s mid, but for the price it’s to be expected. I would change the ad wording from warm to sweaty. Temps in the high 50’s (freedom units) and I was sweating except where I had to leave the bag unzipped. As a stocky guy who doesn’t sleep in a mummy pose I couldn’t get it to work out. If I’d gotten a bigger sized bag and the inside was cotton lined it’d be perfect. It really is comfortable, portable and light weight, my biggest issue is the liner isn’t very breathable.
