Simple and convenient
Great tool for the price. Has everything you need especially with the ratchet function. Must have if you ever want to change your bindings on the fly. I keep mine stored in a binding bag.

broke during first use
the internal gears for the ratchet system broke on my first use of trying to back a screw out. it no longer will remove screws and I cant lock it in position to not move either direction its either screwing in or nothing at all.

Okay tool, there are better
I have had the DaKine ratcheting tool, which wore out after 5 seasons, and now this Bullet Tool. I will be honest, even as a big Burton fan, that this tool could be a lot better. My biggest problem with this tool is that the screw driver length is not long enough to reach EST binding screws if the screws are close to binding strap pickup points, and I have had to hold onto my worn out DaKine tool in the meantime. A screwdriver is best, but nobody wants to carry that around all day.

Useful tool for the slopes
An useful tool to carry in the backpack when riding on the mountain… no more no less. A little bit uncomfortable to use since it does not have a complete T form to handle it.

Bits just fall out
This would be a handy tool, but the bits just fall out, they’re not secured by a magnet like a normal multi-screwdriver would have. The hatch in the top where the bits are stored is also tough to get to. Absolutely will need to take gloves off to use this, which is not normally a problem, but this is meant to be a on-the-mountain helper when you’re in a pickle and need a quick tune. You’d definitely prefer to use a regular screwdriver anyways if you’re at the base/home. Better off with the burton EST tool on the mountain.Cheap plastic outer, but haven’t had issues with its strength. Ratcheting works fine.

Poorly Made
I just threw this in the trash. The ratchet system stopped working, it would reverse screws out but not in. I liked the flip up lever to get some more torque but other than that this is not a great tool. The collar where the bits attach is too wide so it can be hard to get into tight spaces to adjust a screw, the bits needed to be a little longer and obviously the ratchet system should stop working. I’ve used Dakine T-handle drivers in the past and had better reliability and functionality.
