    Excellent Burton pants

Just got these and went riding on east coast and got poured on for hours. The outside of these were soaked but I never got wet. They held up great. They are comfortable. I wear a size 30-31 Jean waist and the small was perfect size for me. They’re also stretchy and give ample room for moving legs and turning waist. I did pair them with suspenders and it made the experience even better.

    Super comfy, dry, and breathable.

I was really shocked by how good these pants were for being so cheap. I got rid of my old volcom pants for these. They are super breathable if you want with a crotch vent that goes all the way up and over from each thigh. They have just enough lining that in 30*F weather, I was sweating with nothing but underwear. Not heavy at all. Super comfy, nice fit, a little baggy, I am 5’9, 190lbs, 36 waist with 30 inseam. Great quality stuff from burton as always, only true downfall is that just above crotch to waist, they are a little tight. The waist is good, just right below that. Super dry as well, spent plenty of time sitting and waiting for the crew to catch up.

    Excellent quality

Just received these and won’t be wearing for a while, so I can’t comment on warmth or water resistance. Though my son has had Burtons and loved them. They fit exactly as I expected and are extremely comfortable.Numerous pockets both zipper and velcro closing. Front zipper pockets are on an unusual angle that feels a bit odd putting your hands in. But they all lay flat.I am a skier and this is my first time buying Burton. On first impression the material looks sturdier than ski pants that I have bought in the past. At this time I highly recommend.

Nice quality and able to stay warm. ORDER LARGE FOR WASTE LINE AND CROTCH.

ORDER 1-2 SIZES LARGER.. They are a little tight in the crotch. I wear a 32×32 and ordered a small. The waste was about as close as i could fit into. The length was perfect, but the crotch rides up causing some uncomfortablitly and a low waiste line. The pants a nice light weight. The keep warm with nylons underneath while snowboarding and snowmobiling in colorado (0°f to 40°f)

    A note about the size

Love these pants for snowboarding! As others, have mentioned about the size – I’m a solid 34 waist in all the pants I buy and I chose to get these in the large size and I’m glad I did. They fit comfortably for snowboarding and since they’re a little loose, I do use a belt to help keep them up.

    Just buy them.

First of all – I’m a winter gear junkie and I try everything until I find the what i like the best. What can I say. This is my second pair – and when these are worn or I gain more covid weight (current situation) – I’ll buy them again.I haven’t gone skiing this year but I walk my 2 huskies 30min 2x/day and snow blowing in the Chicago area. I’ve had these on with only jeans on in -10 temp and -25 windchill and didn’t feel a thing!Great pockets – crotch cooling zippers – waist adjustment – boot powder skirts.Best snow pants I’ve ever purchased.

Worth the money – warm and dry pants!

These things are worth the money, IMO. Bought for riding my ebike in very cold weather. Keeps me warm! =)

    Nice pants

They fit true to size. I had to return mine because they were too big, but for the price they’re very nice pants.

Good quality materials – some questionable design choices that reduce functionality

This Burton snow pant has good workmanship and uses good materials. It’s waterproof and stylish. I found a couple of items that affected the functionality. The front pockets are shallow and the zippers are placed in such a way where you have to scrape your hands every time you want to get in and out of the pocket. This helps with keeping your stuff secure but it’s annoying when you’re trying to dig something out — especially if you have above-average sized hands. Also, there’s a vent feature that has a very clever name — TestiCool. It’s basically a zipper that goes along the inner part of the thighs (as you would expect in a snowboard pant of this tier). The difference is that it’s one zipper that goes across both thighs as well as the crotch area (instead of the usual two zippers). While this is incredibly effective for what it’s intended to do (cool them nuts), it opens you up for extra cool / wet nuts because snow gets into it pretty easily. I found that the zippers move too easily. Even if you open it up a tiny bit for venting, you may end up with a full exposure because the zippers will slip with the natural movement. Finally, the cut at the waist is fairly low and there are no adjustments as you may be used to on other pants. So, I find myself having to pull the pants up regularly, even though they are a tight fit when button them. I may have to resort to wearing a belt to keep them over the hips.
