Workout treats!
These gummies serves as treat for me during my runs. I take 6 gummies every 30minutes for fueling. Not a fast runner and I’m based on a tropical country. Hydration is recommended when this is taken. My favorite flavours of the bunch is the cherry blossom, not too sweet or too acidic like the pink lemonade.. very subtle flavor differences in my opinion, though..

Great for running
I am training for a half marathon & needed to add a little organic fuel to my runs. The liquid packets don’t work for me at all (feel like a lead weight in my stomach) but these gel chews are perfect. I snip a corner off a bag before I head out and it is easy to slide one out en route. The do not stick to my teeth at all. They are soft and small enough that I can tuck one inside me cheek & let it dissolve for a while – I’m still getting used to chewing while running! They don’t bother my very sensi stomach & they give me enough of a boost to keep running. Any leftovers I just keep in the bag til next time. Highly recommend.

These taste great and are an easy pop of food for breaks in my tennis games but I have not noticed so far at least a bump in good energy after eating. however, I’m usually playing tennis when I eat these so I’m burning a lot of calories and may just not be noticing the energy it provides. I would continue to purchase bc they are convenient and taste good.

Delicious, quick source of energy
Love these gummies. I first started using them when I was on the mountain all day snowboarding, now I use them for mountain biking, and running. Great quick source of energy, and they’re soo tasty! The only thing initially I didn’t like was the price, but calculating it out, it turns out to be the same price of an energy bar you can buy and the difference with these is, I don’t eat the whole pack at once. It will last me a few times.

Tastes great and actually works!
These are awesome. They taste great, are made from organic products, and they work. I thought they were going to be “placebo” the first time I tried them, but I was pleasantly surprised. Half way into my mountain bike ride, I was getting tired. Drinking more water wasn’t helping, as I was already hydrated. I took these out and ate the whole pack.My stomach didn’t feel queasy after eating them quickly and I noticed my overall energy ticked up about 10-15 minutes after eating them. I think most buyers of these will realize they aren’t the same as an energy drink. These won’t make you shaky and over caffeinated.There is definitely an underlying honey flavor that I taste, but I like honey, so it’s okay. My favorite is the Fruit Smoothie, then Cherry Blossom, Pomegranate, and then Pink Lemonade.I just wish they were a little cheaper, but they work, so the price is worth it.
